If it is a bug, it helps a lot to know which iPhone and iOS version you are on, which game it happened in, and what you did just before it went wrong.
Common questions
- I changed phones — where did my packs go?
- Open VORS, go to Pakker (Packs) and tap «Gjenopprett kjøp» (Restore purchases). Packs live on your Apple Account, not on the phone, so they come back as long as you are signed in with the same Apple Account that bought them.
- Are the packs a subscription?
- No. Each pack is a one-time purchase. Nothing renews, nothing needs cancelling and nothing expires.
- I own Festpakka and want everything. Do I pay for it twice?
- No. If you own one pack, the app offers «Resten av VORS» — the rest at the difference. You never pay twice for the same content.
- Why can I not buy anything?
- Check that you are online, signed in to the App Store, and that in-app purchases are not blocked under Screen Time. If it still fails, send us an email.
- Where is the crew stored?
- On your phone only. The names are never sent to us. Delete the app and the crew is gone — you will have to type them in again.
- Does VORS work offline?
- Yes. All the cards ship inside the app. The network is only used to refresh the decks in the background and to buy or restore packs.
- Can I get a refund?
- Refunds are handled by Apple, since Apple is who you bought from. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and pick the purchase. If something is broken in the app, tell us too — then we can fix it.
- Why does the dice react when I shake the phone?
- The dice game listens to the motion sensor while the roll screen is open, so you can shake instead of tap. The reading stays on the phone and is not stored. Tapping always works too.
- Is VORS on Android?
- Not today. VORS is an iPhone app. Email us if you want it on Android — it counts.
- Is the app in English?
- The game content is in Norwegian. This site is available in English, but the cards are not translated.
- I found a typo, or I have a card you should have
- Send it over. Good cards from real pre-parties are the best source we have.
